We deliver in the Netherlands and abroad. You choose where and when. We work together with PostNL for the small products. We deliver the large products ourselves. The available delivery methods depend on what you have ordered and you will see these appear automatically when ordering.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Orders in the Zazuhome webshop from minimal<\/strong> \u20ac850,-<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>turn into\u00a0free delivery<\/strong>\u00a0in the Netherlands.
For orders of large items that cannot be shipped with PostNL and under \u20ac850, we charge \u20ac50 delivery costs for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium.\u00a0Unfortunately we can't provide these articles not<\/b> to the Wadden Islands. This is because we deliver with our own transport and the crossing to the beautiful islands is too expensive.

With every product on our site you will find an indication of the expected delivery time. It is an indication, not a guaranteed delivery time.<\/p>

Due to the tightened government measures regarding the coronavirus, different delivery times than normal apply. We ask that you read the information below carefully.<\/p>

The number of online orders has increased significantly due to the new corona measures. We are currently processing many more orders than usual. We work with man and power to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Also our delivery guys and the parcel services\u00a0are busier than ever. As a result, the delivery of your order by PostNL may be delayed by a few days.\u00a0<\/span>Deliveries to us can also be delayed,\u00a0<\/span>unfortunately we have no influence on this. This is an exceptional time and we ask for your understanding.<\/span><\/p>

Small items: PostNL parcel service.<\/strong><\/p>

We send smaller items with PostNL's parcel service. You will receive an e-mail as soon as possible after ordering with the message that we have shipped your order.<\/p>

If you are not there to receive your order, the package will be delivered to the neighbors. If they are not at home, the delivery person will come back the next day. If you are not there yet, he will deliver the package to the nearest post office. You can pick it up there for two weeks. You can read where you can pick up your package on the not-at-home message that the delivery person leaves with you.<\/p>

Of course we do our best to deliver orders on time, but sometimes a delivery can be delayed due to circumstances.<\/p>

Larger items (such as chairs, sofas, cabinets) and fragile items cannot be shipped with PostNL's parcel service. Our own drivers will deliver those orders to you. As soon as the order comes in, we call or email for a delivery appointment (usually 3\/4 days before delivery). It also indicates an expected time slot for delivery so that you don't have to wait all day.<\/p>

The driver is alone when delivering your order. Have you ordered a large item such as a large cupboard or sofa? Then it is a good idea to arrange some extra help with unloading yourself.<\/p>

\u2013 Our carriers deliver up to the first threshold of the delivery address, no further and not to a floor within the building, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
\u2013 delivery to a maximum of the 3rd floor (in connection with occupational health and safety legislation). If there is an elevator and the items fit in the elevator, delivery will also be made to the 4th floor and above.
\u2013 at a joint front door and no bell at the required door: delivery over the threshold of the joint front door.
\u2013 at campsites and holiday parks, delivery is made up to the barrier and not on the site itself.
\u2013 If there are problems with the delivery, have the driver make a note of this and report the problem to our office within 24 hours customer service<\/a>.
